Do you dream of staying in a castle, or want to enjoy a royal experience?

I have always dreamt of living like a royal, but never thought I’d be able to make it happen. After hours spent searching, I came across Storied Collection which offers guests the opportunity to experience the royal treatment in properties across England, Wales, Scotland and Ireland.

I was first attracted to the Storied Collection properties due to the secret gardens, magical woods and sprawling countryside that are advertised on their website, and I wasn’t disappointed; whether you’re planning to explore the surroundings, host an event or enjoy the high life for a few days, Storied offers unique accommodation like no other. 

As a self-confessed castle enthusiast, staying in a castle has long been a dream of mine. However, I hadn’t expected it to be quite so difficult to find the perfect location. What do I look for when picking somewhere to stay?

My absolute must-haves for a holiday are interesting locations, instagrammable foods and somewhere I can really relax. Life is busy; being able to switch off and immerse yourself in a new and unique environment is the perfect way to detox the mind and let the body fully unwind.

Stumbling across Storied Collection, I was able to sift through their extensive portfolio of magnificent, historic accommodations and book my dream castle stay with ease. If a Castle wasn’t what I was looking for, they also partner with impressive manor houses, private towers and stately homes, allowing me to live the high life wherever I choose.

During the booking process, I knew I wanted to stay somewhere that had a strong focus on delicious food as well as a spa area where I could unwind after a long day of exploring. Luckily, Storied Collection has 28 magnificent properties that I was able to browse through to help me arrange my ideal break. With each property based in a stunning location with plenty of local attractions and things to do, I could have stayed in each and every one of them.
